Triveni Care started in 2019 with a team of caring professionals who wanted to help adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviours. Since then, we’ve created a variety of supported living services and have become a trusted name, with many people recommending us through word of mouth — something we’re very proud of.

We focus on giving each person the care that suits them best. Our goal is to help people live more independently and feel in control of their lives. We involve them in planning their own support from the very beginning, so they get the help that really fits their needs.
Our team is experienced, dedicated, and always working to provide the best possible care at a fair cost. We work closely with others and are always looking for ways to improve so we can give great value to the people and organisations we work with.
We also offer extra support during big life changes or tough times, giving peace of mind to the individuals and their families.
